RenewableFuture has developed VSD (Variable Speed Drive) technology for the fans in tunnel sheds.

This technology has been installed on 3 farms. Testing in Anakie has found a power saving of 33%.

Standard Solar PV and VSD are used together the power saving is around 67%.
In July 2016 the Victorian Government will introduce project based VEEC (Victorian Energy Efficiency Credits). At this stage will plan to expand our VSD technology to other broiler farms.
